This is a thriving, small community whose residents are proactive about improving their quality of life. Numerous recent improvements include the new Yarborough Library, new children's play areas, park upgrades and sewer line improvements. The Allandale Neighborhood Association is one of the community's great strengths, being extremely active and involved in the community's future.
